Call for Profiles for the 2012 Spring C2E Notebook!

As you may know, each year since 2009, the Connect2Educate Collaborative has published the C2E Notebook, a 122-page guide detailing more than 100 community resource providers whose programming is offered to public schools, public school students and their families. C2E invites you to be a part of the Spring 2012 Connect2Educate Notebook! To ensure your inclusion, please complete the survey (link below) no later than Friday, January 13, 2012.

Those eligible for inclusion in the Notebook are those Community Based Organizations that currently provide direct or indirect services to public schools and their students and families.

Sponsor the C2E Notebook and Event!

As a sponsor you will help us provide copies of the C2E Notebook to parents, caregivers, school staff, and community resource providers. We’ll include your organization’s name and/or logo on the back cover of the C2E Notebook as well as on signage at the C2E Networking Event at the Schools Expo March 3.

Sponsorship Levels
$5,000 and up – Lifelong Learner Sponsor (includes half page ad in Notebook)
$3,000 – College and Career Sponsor (includes half page ad in Notebook)
$1,000 – Top of the Class Sponsor (includes quarter page ad in Notebook)
$500 – Perfect Attendance Sponsor (includes quarter page ad in Notebook)
Up to $500 – Extra Credit Sponsor (includes eighth page ad in Notebook)

Advertise in the C2E Notebook and at the Event!

As an advertiser your organization can purchase space in the C2E Notebook to share information about what you do and what services you provide to parents, students and schools. Advertising space is available to community organizations, social service agencies and businesses to promote services available to schools, families and children.

Ad Sizes & Rates
Half-page (8 by 5 inches or 4 by10 inches) - $500 (can be horizontal or vertical)
Quarter page (4 inches by 5 inches) - $250
Eighth page (2 inches by 3 inches) - $125

Advertisers (and sponsors) should provide print-ready ads in PDF or JPEG format (600 DPI) that are black and white. Rates listed are for non-profit groups and organizations. For-profit groups should contact C2E for more information.
